                It's not too early to start your Santa Letters biz. 
                First you need to order paper catalogs (specify 
                that you want Christmas paper), then you need to 
                start printing your flyers, order forms, and other
                business papers. Start your marketing campaign.  
                For fund raisers, you should make the first contacts 
                in the Spring or Summer, then follow up in the early 
                Fall.  Sign up for craft shows, flea markets, hand 
                out the flyers everywhere you  go.  Talk to people 
                about your business.  Word of mouth is the best 
                form of advertising!
